With their unusual feeding habits and slime-producing capabilities, the hagfish has been dubbed as the most 'disgusting' of all sea creatures

Hagfish are eel-shaped slime-producing marine animals and occasionally called slime eels. They are the only known living animals that have a skull but not a vertebral column.

Food: polychaete marine worms, bodies of dead and dying/injured sea creatures
