Although the tarsier was once more widespread, all the species living today are found on the islands of Southeast Asia. Each eyeball is approximately 16 mm in diameter and is as large as their entire brain

Although the tarsier was once more widespread, all the species living today can be found only on the islands of Southeast Asia.

Tarsiers are small animals with huge eyes; each eyeball is approximately 16mm in diameter and is as large as its brain.  They also have strong auditory sense because of their distinct auditory cortex.

Food: they are mostly insectivorous, though they also prey on birds, snake, lizards and bats.
Habitat: islands on Southeast Asia
